Composition:

• Paste A - base:
• DGEBA
• Zirconium oxide
• Bismuth oxychloride
• Ytterbium oxide
• Fumed silica
• Paste B - catalyst:
• Diamine
• Zirconium oxide
• Bismuth oxychloride
• Ytterbium oxide
• Fumed silica
• Silane quaternary ammonium salt

Indications:

• Obturys is an epoxy-amine resin based cement for permanent root canals sealing, to use in combination with gutta-percha points. It has the following properties:
• Radiopaque
• Long term stability
• Fexibility that prevents cracking of fully cured material
• Low shrinkage
• Good flow properties

Contra-indications:

• Hypersensitivity to epoxy resins and amino groups.
• Caution: do not use in case of patient with allergenic sensitivity to epoxies and amines.
